How Much FedEx One Rate?
FedEx Pak 2nd Day is one of our most common packages. The cost for Zone 2 will go from $23.75 to $25.65. Zone 4 Paks will go from $25.08 to $27.00. This is a huge increase in shipping costs for shippers.
Additionally, beginning June 6, 2022, FedEx will introduce a dimension threshold for FedEx One Rate envelopes and paks. A dimensional threshold may affect how your package is rated. Any FedEx One Rate envelope measuring greater than 2 inches along its shortest side or any FedEx One Rate pak measuring more than 5 inches along its shortest side will be rated as a FedEx One Rate box. This will be based on the package’s overall cubic volume.

FedEx One Rate is a flat-rate shipping pricing option that more large-volume shippers are exploring. It was introduced in 2013 for qualifying FedEx domestic shipments in FedEx packaging. Particularly, FedEx One Rate pricing is an alternative to FedEx standard rates.
FedEx One Rate includes applicable residential surcharges, delivery area surcharges, and fuel surcharges. Additionally, FedEx One Rate pricing requires FedEx envelopes to weigh less than 10 lbs. and FedEx paks must weigh less than 50 lbs.
