Refund Retriever announced it is teaming up with Atandra to offer T-HUB customers a small parcel auditing solution that identifies late package delivery issues and overcharges occurring with FedEx & UPS shipments.
“We are excited to offer our services to Atandra clients,” said Brian C. Gibbs, President of Refund Retriever, an auditing technology company headquartered in Houston, Texas. “Most of these shippers are only concerned that an order eventually ends up in the customer’s hands. However, the shipper should not be charged anything if the package is even a day late. FedEx and UPS do not automatically concede to these late delivered parcels and hand over a refund willingly. We monitor and enforce the ‘on time or it’s free’ guarantee, and the refunds go directly back to the shipper’s account. We audit the entire invoice for any billing mistakes to provide further cost reduction and increase insight into overall shipping costs.”
Atandra was founded in 2004 and is currently supported by teams in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and India. Atandra is the creator of the T-HUB order management solution connecting online stores with QuickBooks accounting. T-HUB is a Windows application and allows users to directly download orders from ecommerce platforms and then update these activities in QuickBooks.
“Atandra continually strives to provide its small and medium business (SMB) ecommerce clients with innovative solutions that streamline operations, expedite deliveries, and reduce costs,” says Manish Jha, Founder and President at Atandra. “With Refund Retriever, Atandra’s T-HUB and T-HUB Online users can further reduce their shipping costs by automatically claiming credits for lost packages, late deliveries, duplicate charges, and billing mistakes.”
