UPS announced on November 28th it will maintain its Guaranteed Service Refund throughout peak season for all Next Day Air shipments. If a customer ships a package expecting the Next Day service, they’ll receive Next Day service. The guarantee for all Worldwide Express shipments also continues to apply during peak season.

Beginning December 13, 2022, through January 2, 2023, the money-back guarantee will be temporarily suspended for select FedEx Express services for U.S. domestic and U.S. export shipments.
