How To Download UPS and FedEx PostalMate Reports
Be sure you are in PostalMate on your primary workstation.
- Go to the Tools menu.
The fourth option on the Tools menu, choose the option, “Reconcile Carrier Billing.”
- Once the Parcel Billing Reconciliation screen in PostalMate opens, select the carrier and date you would like to reconcile.
- Once your data is populated on the Reconcile Carrier Billing Screen, hit the “Report” button in the bottom left corner and download the CSV file.
- Email the CSV files to parcelbillingreconciliation@refundretriever.com.
Once we have processed the data, the results will be located in your Refund Retriever client interface.
Do I Need to Download FedEx or UPS invoices? No!
Since we are already auditing your FedEx and UPS invoices for late deliveries, we already have access to your invoices. The invoice data is already in our system. Therefore, all you must send us are the files from PostalMate. If you are not yet a customer of ours, sign up today. We will get refunds for late deliveries and provide free reports.
How Often Should We Send Parcel Billing Reconciliation PostalMate Reports?
Customers can send the Parcel Billing Reconciliation PostalMate report as often as they prefer. You can send it every week, month, or twice a year. Send files to parcelbillingreconciliation@refundretriever.com. We will upload the data, and the results will be available shortly.
